"He Cometh To Seek and To Save the Lost"
| We are all scum - even the respectable. No difference in God's eyes - all are sinners. Different symptoms but the same disease. Jesus never went light on sin, but was able to love the sinner. Capital punishment. Church is a hospital. It is no longer a social status to be in a church. Jesus came for both the respectable and not. Jesus went slumming for scum like us. Some respectable people think they don't need Jesus. Account of respectable man who was sick. |
