"I Did Not Come to Call the Righteous, But to Call Sinners"
| No truly righteous people exist. Pharisees are those who pretend to be. The best that humans can do is not good enough for God. Satan alternately pushes to despondency and self-righeousness. Absolute righteousness is required. No comparison except with the Law. God only sees the righteousness of Christ. The account of a man who accidentally shot and killed his wife. |
